ReidItaly.com is still in beta

As they say, pardon our dust. Heaps and heaps of dust. Yes, this will someday soon be the ultimate site for Italy travel information and trip-planning advice.

For now, it is merely a most excellent skeleton of an Italy site featuring a whole bunch of gloriously near-blank pages that merely say "Coming soon."

If you have arrived at this site via a search, please know that it is still in its larval stage—but that you are welcome to watch it develop.

Though ReidsItaly.com is still in beta, pages are being uploaded as they are completed. This is partly to test various components, partly as a backup system, and partly as an experiment to invite you, the traveling public, to look at what we are up to and chime in with your own suggestions / comments / concerns / ideas.

Hence the Twitter feed on the right (and the purposefully loud and ugly "beta" buton messing up the logo). You can sign up at twitter.com/ReidsItaly and get notified as various sections and subsections are completed (plus notices of Italy travel deals). Or you can just share your thoughts right now with an email to feedback@reidsitaly.com.

One note: since the site still consists of more potholes than content, we wanted to give you a heads-up before clicking to an empty page. Therefore, on the drop-down menu at the top of each page, links to pages that are finished are in white, links to unfinished pages are in grey.
